Description:QA/QC Introduction Our QC department is formed by 10 professional quality inspectors. Most of them are at least university graduates in the related discipline. Our own quality system is as follows: 1. Vendors/suppliers accreditation system 2. QA team 3. AQL and zero defects system 4. Staff training system 5. QC system 6. External/stationed QC 7. Inbound QC (100% accessories inspection, detailed QC based on zero defects sampling system) 8. Production QC, on-line QC 9. Pre-shipment QC according to AQL internal/external feedback
